This position is for a Senior Project Manager with technical and program experience to manage water resources related projects and technically mentor staff at Dewberry’s expanding Tampa office. Department Manager for the Water Resources

We are currently looking for a Department Manager for the Water Resources Department in Tampa, FL. This leadership position is responsible for the administration and management of between 10 and 20 people including recruiting, hiring, orienting, mentoring, training, workload allocation, and staff performance. The successful candidate will manage projects, perform quality assurance and quality control, interact with clients, and monitor all department projects. Demonstrated leadership, project management and financial management excellence required. A Florida Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within one year and 8+ years of progressive consulting engineering experience required.
